I'm very glad that you have enjoyed 'While You WereSleeping', and I think it's wonderful and exciting that you want to share it in China! I would love to share my stories with people from around the world, so I'm very pleased that you would like to translate it into Chinese for your QaF fansite. (I should tell you that I have been asked before if someone could translate a few of my stories into Chinese, so there might be another Chinese translation of some of them on another website- just so you know :-)……”

*Dr.Doolittle:
"'Doolittle' is actually a reference to a fictional character in a well-known children's story (which has also been made into a movie). The story is about an animal doctor called Dr. Doolittle who can actually speak to animals in their own languages (he could bark and a dog would understand him, or he could squeak and a mouse would understand what he was saying.) This is the link to the Wikipedia page on the Dr. Doolittle movie (hopefully it might help to explain it a bit better than me :-)
I basically used the name Doolittle in 'Primordial Passion' as a contrast- Dr. Doolittle was a passionate animal lover, and Brian is definitely not. That's why Justin can't imagine a 'Dr. Brian Kinney-Doolittle'. It basically means that Justin couldn't imagine Brian being perceived as an animal lover. "
