故事梗概
叮咚、叮咚……“有信喇！”邮差叔叔派特(Pat)每天会驾着醒目的红色邮车，带着白脸小黑猫杰斯 (Jess)一起穿插在小河小花小草与小羊群之间，为村民送去信件和包裹，也送来快乐。邮局局长是个慈祥的老太太，每天邮差叔叔到这里收集信件之后就会往来大街小巷、火车站，把信件派给农夫、园丁、警察、牧师、牧羊人等等好朋友。送信中不论是遇到机件故障或是丢失小羊等古怪疑难问题，邮差叔叔总在谈谈笑笑之间把所有问题一一解决，绝对是个“非一般”的邮差啊！
该动画的歌曲也很受孩子们喜爱，主题曲曾经荣登香港“新城劲爆儿歌榜”第一名。
