简介：

故事主人翁嘉瓦（Kawa）是新西兰毛利族的后裔；在传统的文化里，男人肩负着娶妻养儿的天职；但在嘉瓦内心深处却潜藏着一份鲜为人知的情感：他喜欢男人，他是个同志。时介中年的他有一个美丽的妻子，有两个可爱的子女，他努力担当着慈父丈夫的角色，掩盖着那份对男人的欲望；然而……过度地压抑情感必然导致报复性的反噬和爆发；当一切都坦露人前，面对着父母朋友的不理解、妻子儿女的迷惑，嘉瓦该何去何从？
